Measuring Yourself? Here’s How to Do It:
If you plan to perform the measurements yourself, the procedure is as follows:
Plan Your Project: Decide where you ultimately want the product. Consider not only the cockpit, swim platform, and anchor locker but also how the material can enhance storage compartments, the dashboard, and walkways.
Preparation: Remove all loose parts from the surface to be covered.
Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the surface to be covered.
Use Film: Lay film (available from us) on the surface to be covered and secure it well to prevent it from shifting during drawing.
Draw: Use a permanent marker to outline the edges on the film. Clearly mark the front and rear of the boat and indicate left and right on each part. Use lines to show how the parts are positioned relative to each other.
Documentation: Take photos of the marked film as it lies on the boat.
Shipping: Roll up the film and send it to us, and email us the photos.
After receiving the film, we will digitize your hand-drawn film and email you a PDF with your design.
Based on the PDF, you can choose to start production or order a test film to verify your measurements once more.
Outsourcing Measurements to Us? Here’s Our Method:
If you need us to perform the measurements, the boat must be in Vriezenveen. Under certain conditions, we can also measure on-site. Our procedure:

Measuring: We will measure your boat with our Prodim Proliner.
Digital Template: Based on the measurements, we will create a digital template, which is the working file for our CNC machine. Occasionally, based on the digital template, we may perform an additional verification measurement to ensure the perfect fit.
